I hope everyone had a blessed holiday season and 2022 is off to a great start.
At the first of the year, California law was expanded to require all volunteer youth leaders over 18 to take a mandatory State reporting test and submit fingerprints. This is in addition to our YPT requirements as they are separate from the State Testing. See our Council Commissioner comments in this newsletter for more. It is important that all our adult volunteers have this State training to retain their Scouting registration status.
